The Head of MMLP will act as the overall project integrator and leadership interface from the Head Office,

Qualification, Experience & Skills:


Education:

  • MBA (mandatory) – preferably in Project Management/ Operations/ Infrastructure
  • MBA from a reputed institution (Tier-1 or Tier-2)
  • Engineering background (preferred) – Civil/ Industrial or
  • Postgraduate specialisation/ Certification in Construction Management (mandatory- if

not an engineer)


Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Infrastructure/ logistics/ real estate/ large construction projects
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering outcomes


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written

Project Leadership & Director Interface

  • Acts as the

    single point of accountability

    for all project-related matters at Head Office
  • Reporting directly to the Promoters, serving as their principal interface for project status, risks, operations and decisions
  • Assign responsibilities, set priorities and provide direction to project teams and functional stakeholders
  • Translate on-ground project realities into clear, actionable inputs for senior management
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across all decisions taken relating to the project
  • Own follow-through on leadership decisions and ensure consistent implementation across teams.


Authority, Stakeholder & Project Representation

  • Represent the project in interactions with Project Authorities – both Central (National Highways Logistics Management Limited) and Regional Authorities, in Delhi and Bangalore, respectively
  • Lead authority-related coordination, communication, follow-ups and documentation alignment
  • Travel as required to support meetings, reviews, approvals and strategic environments
  • Acts as the primary representative of the project in key external and internal forums
  • Manage high-level communication with design, project, sustainability consultants, lessees/ partners.


Strategic Oversight & Decision Support

  • Support Directors in strategic decision-making by providing consolidated project updates, risk assessments, and execution insights
  • Oversee

    project-level financial monitoring

    and cost control in coordination with finance and account teams
  • Review and track

    project expenditure, budgets and cash flows

    , ensuring alignment with approved plans
  • Support and coordinate financial reporting and submissions to authorities, lenders, as applicable
  • Participate in

    cost-related discussions and commercial negotiations

    with consultants, vendors and stakeholders
  • Provide a clear project vision to guide prioritisation, sequencing
  • g and decision-making
  • Flag risks early and drive cross-functional resolution
  • Establish and maintain a governance framework and escalation mechanisms
  • Ensure that all decisions, commitments and actions are tracked and closed systematically


Site Interface & Execution Alignment

  • Maintain continuous alignment with site Project Managers and execution leadership
  • Review execution progress, schedules, risks and key


Marketing, Leasing & Business Enablement

  • Lead & support project

    marketing activities

    in coordination with business and leasing teams
  • Participate in presentations, discussions and

    technical-commercial clarifications with potential lessees and partners

  • Provide strategic, execution and design inputs to strengthen project positioning and market readiness
