Business Development (Govt Tender)

Roles & Responsibility

• Tender Search and Listing

Assist in identifying relevant tenders and procurement opportunities from various portals and preparing daily tender lists based on organisational requirements.

• Bid Documentation and Historical Data Management:

  Support the preparation and submission of tender documents, and update previous bid details by extracting data from tender sites and coordinating with internal sources.

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Technical) to gather necessary documentation and inputs.

• Bid Result Tracking and Analysis:

  Tender tracking systems, databases, and documentation to support strategic decision-making and future submissions.

• EMD and Tender Fee Management:

  Knowledgeable in tracking Earnest Money Deposits and tender fee payments, ensuring timely submissions and accurate financial records.

• Record Maintenance and Organisation: Organising

  and maintaining critical documents,s including LOAs, Work Orders, and handover records for newly allotted tolls.

• Stakeholder Coordination

Educational Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (preferably having experience of 2 years)
• Proficiencies like Excel, MS Word, e-Tender portals like GeM Portal, State e Procurement Portals (Preferable)

Knowledge and Experience

• Experienced in managing documentation, maintaining records, and organising workflows to support smooth operations.
• Skilled in collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
