Handle compliance for Madhya Pradesh, manage statutory audits, and handle government inspections


We are offering an excellent Opportunity for Human Resources. This position will independently handle the following roles & responsibilities.


Key Responsibility

  • Handling Madhya Pradesh Compliance.
  • Excellent understanding of the MP Shop and Establishment Act & Factory Rules
  • Labour licenses and contract labour licenses Registration, Renewal & Amendment
  • Knowledge for Shop & Establishment License & Registration
  • Maintaining various registers
  • ESI, PF updates- related to all processes
  • PF All claims & transfers
  • Statutory audits
  • Statutory compliance training & inductions for store HRs.
  • Handling Contract vendors - Statutory following
  • Filing periodical returns under various labour laws / Annual Return.
  • Employees' registration under the ESIC Act
  • Claims and benefits under the ESIC and PF Acts.
  • Handle Govt. Inspections & Liaoning
  • Handling Legal Notices received from the Labour Department.

Gratuity Act 1972

  • Submission of Notice Form A & Form B (In case of Change in Form A)
  • Maintain records of nomination forms in Form F.

Bonus Act 1965:

  • Maintain Bonus Register in Form C
  • Filing Annual Return in Form D

MPLWF Act 1982:

  • Filing Monthly/Yearly Return
  • Ensure timely Remittance
  • Attending the assessments under the Acts.

Compensation Act 1923:

  • Defines "applicant" as the victim or their dependent.
  • Establishes a "Fund" for compensation payments.
  • Outlines procedures for applying for compensation and the criteria for eligibility.

Qualification & Education

  • PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
  • LLB/LLM or MSW from a Tier II institute
  • Confident in HRMS and Excel
  • Good communication (verbal /written)
