Identify training needs(TNI), design and deliver learning programs, and manage relationships with training vendors and the functional Head.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage the organisation's training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering impactful learning programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and proficiency in modern training tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a training needs analysis and implement structured annual training calendars from zero.
  • Lead induction and onboarding sessions to ensure clarity on company policies and procedures.
  • Design and execute leadership development programs to build managerial and decision-making capabilities.
  • Deliver technical and functional training sessions in alignment with industry standards and company goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and align programs with evolving business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors and establish partnerships for specialised learning needs.
  • Implement mentorship frameworks to promote knowledge transfer and professional development across teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in management, HRD Psychology with Engineering or Education.

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in training and development, preferably in engineering, EPC, manufacturing and Behavioural aspects.
  • In-depth understanding of training methodologies, leadership models, and engineering workflows.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational abilities.
