Job Title: Head of Marketing Location: Chennai Department: Marketing & Brand Strategy Role Overview: Fasta Pizza Pvt Ltd is on a mission to become South India’s most loved vegetarian sourdough pizza brand. As Head of Marketing , you will be the custodian of the brand, responsible for developing and executing a 360-degree marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, customer acquisition, and footfall across dine-in outlets, food trucks, and delivery platforms. You will lead campaigns that fuel regional love, digital buzz, and repeat consumption. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and evolve brand identity for Fasta Pizza as South India’s first vegetarian sourdough pizza brand. Build category ownership through creative storytelling, regional insights, and content-driven campaigns. 2. Campaign Development & Execution Plan and launch integrated ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to support product launches, store openings, and business milestones. Lead festive, regional, and local-market-specific campaigns to drive footfall and app/delivery orders. 3. Digital & Performance Marketing Own growth across digital platforms — Google, Meta, Swiggy/Zomato ads, influencer marketing, and SEO. Set and monitor performance KPIs: CAC, ROAS, engagement rates, and conversions. 4. Local Marketing & Activation Design city- and outlet-level hyperlocal marketing strategies. Work closely with Ops and Food Truck teams on stall branding, sampling events, and launch activations. 5. Product Marketing Collaborate with chefs and product teams on GTM strategy for new SKUs or categories. Plan communication, creatives, and positioning for new launches. 6. Brand Partnerships & PR Identify and execute partnerships with influencers, local communities, and corporate groups. Drive PR strategy, media placements, and thought-leadership visibility for the brand. 7. Team & Budget Management Build and lead a high-performing internal and external marketing team. Plan and manage annual marketing budgets; ensure cost-efficiency and ROI. Qualifications & Skills: MBA in Marketing / Communication / Brand Strategy. 7–12 years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, food tech, or consumer brands. Strong digital-first mindset with proven experience in both online and offline campaign management. Ability to translate customer insights into meaningful action. Fluency in English; knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus. Preferred Background: Has led marketing for a multi-city food or lifestyle brand. Familiar with regional taste nuances, festive calendars, and food culture of South India. Experience with franchise or regional expansion marketing. Show more Show less
