Role Summary

A strategic and creative marketing leader responsible for brand transformation, digital acquisition, and high-value customer engagement across luxury wedding segments including Photography, Décor & Events.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Positioning

• Establish the company as a premium, full-service wedding brand in India
• Create brand differentiation & premium narrative

Digital Marketing & Lead Growth

• Own the end-to-end digital funnel: SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, YouTube, WhatsApp
• Drive 3X lead generation through performance marketing
• Own analytics, dashboards & ROI metrics

Content & Campaign Leadership

• Develop storytelling content for HNI/NRI weddings
• Build décor portfolios & event showcase campaigns
• Collaborate with creative/video teams for viral content

Partnership & Ecosystem Growth

• Build alliances with: top venues, planners, designers, influencers
• Represent brand at wedding expos & luxury platforms

Reputation & Experience

• Improve ratings on Google/WedMeGood/WeddingWire
• Strengthen digital customer experience & brand trust

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
