Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing at Cakesandbakeskashmir, located in Pulwama. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies, planning, and execution to achieve business objectives. Tasks include leading market research, managing marketing campaigns, coordinating public relations efforts, and collaborating with sales teams to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Proficiency in Market Research and analysis
• Experience in Sales and building growth-driven strategies
• Strong skills in managing Public Relations and communication
• Strategic mindset with excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in food or retail industries is a plus
