Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy, managing social media marketing campaigns, and creating content. The Social Media Manager will also handle social media optimization (SMO), monitor engagement and interaction, and manage the company's online presence. This role is based in Srinagar. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication and Writing skills Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions Experience with social media management tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
