About the job: As a Life Coach at MantraCoach, you will work with clients to help them gain clarity, overcome challenges, set meaningful goals, and achieve personal and professional growth. You will provide structured guidance, motivational support, and actionable strategies through one-on-one sessions and group coaching programs. Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct virtual one-on-one and group coaching sessions with clients. 2. Help clients identify goals, create actionable plans, and track progress. 3. Use evidence-based coaching techniques to support client transformation. 4. Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards of coaching practice. 5. Provide ongoing motivation, encouragement, and accountability. 6. Collaborate with MantraCoach's platform team to optimize client experience. 7. Stay updated on personal development and coaching methodologies. Requirements: Certification in Life Coaching / Counseling / Psychology (preferred). Proven experience in life coaching or a related field (2+ years). Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills. Ability to inspire and motivate clients from diverse backgrounds. Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual coaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
