Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Develop and manage lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads

  , and other paid campaigns for customer acquisition.
• Track and improve ROI across campaigns through data-driven insights.

2. Email & CRM Marketing

• Own the email marketing calendar and campaign strategy to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Manage automation, segmentation, and drip campaigns to nurture leads effectively.

3. Marketing Strategy & Growth

• Define and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Work closely with leadership to identify new growth opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
• Drive measurable growth in user acquisition and retention.

4. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow the

  digital marketing team

  — including specialists in performance marketing, content, and design.
• Oversee agency relationships and ensure timely, quality deliverables.

5. Brand & Communication

• Strengthen Mantra Care’s brand positioning and communication across digital and offline channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing

  lead generation, performance marketing (Google/Facebook Ads), and email campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot/ActiveCampaign, etc.
• Experience leading and scaling a digital marketing team.
• Passion for healthtech, wellness, and innovation.
