Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

Your job is simple (not easy):

Make PropChk impossible to ignore.

You will:

• Build a

  powerful, scalable marketing engine

  for both

  B2C & B2B.

• Turn clicks into leads, leads into customers, and customers into loud brand advocates.
• Own PropChk’s brand voice everywhere — Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, PR articles, and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing (a LOT of cool stuff):

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Run

  performance campaigns

  like a pro (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Obsess over

  CAC, ROAS, funnels, cohor.ts, A/B tests

  (yes, numbers matter)
• Scale what works, kill what doesn’t — fast.

SEO & Content Domination

• Make sure when people Google “property inspection”,

  PropChk shows up first.

• Own organic growth via

  SEO, blogs, landing pages & long-form content.

• Build content that educates, converts, and ranks.

Social Media & Community

• Create scroll-stopping content for

  Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & more.

• Build PropChk as a

  thought leader

  in real estate quality & inspections.
• Experiment fearlessly — memes welcome if they make sense .

Creative Leadership

• Come up with

  out-of-the-box campaigns

  that nobody else in real estate is doing.
• Shape brand storytelling — serious when needed, fun where possible.
• Collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal teams.

PR & Brand Building

• Manage and drive the

  PR agency.

• Ensure we get

  meaningful coverage

  , not just “feel-good” mentions.
• Keep PropChk in the news for the right reasons.

You Are Probably the Right Fit If:

• You live and breathe

  Digital Marketing

  (Performance + Organic).
• You’ve handled

  both B2C & B2B marketing.

• You’re

  highly creative

  , but also deeply analytical.
• You don’t wait for instructions — you spot opportunities and act.
• You can manage agencies without being managed by them.
• You’re comfortable leading from the front in a fast-growing company.

Experience & Skills (No boring checklist, but still important):

• 10–15 years of hands-on marketing experience (startups preferred).
• Strong command over:
• Performance Marketing.
• SEO & Content.
• Social Media & Video (YouTube is a big plus).
• LinkedIn growth & B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of

  scaling brands or businesses.

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
