About the Role:

Head of Marketing


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both brands in line with business goals.
  • Lead the annual marketing budget, brand roadmap, and campaign planning across B2B and B2C verticals.
  • Work closely with Founders, Sales, Product, and Design teams to align business priorities.

2. Brand & Communication

  • Strengthen Coast to Coast Designs' position as India’s premium veneer and panel brand through trade marketing, exhibitions, and architect/designer partnerships.
  • Elevate Sunday Design as a leading luxury furniture brand through storytelling, lifestyle campaigns, and influencer/celebrity collaborations.
  • Oversee all ATL/BTL, PR, digital, and experiential marketing initiatives.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Drive website traffic, lead generation, and conversion for Sunday Design through performance marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and retargeting.
  • Build digital awareness for Coast to Coast through LinkedIn, trade platforms, and targeted campaigns to specifiers and developers.
  • Track ROI and attribution metrics across platforms.

4. Content & Creative Direction

  • Guide visual identity and brand tonality for both brands across all touchpoints—social, print, packaging, showroom, etc.
  • Lead content creation with in-house designers and external agencies—photoshoots, video campaigns, blog strategy, catalogs, etc.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)

5. Events, Exhibitions & Collaborations

  • Plan and execute brand launches, designer networking events, trade shows (India & abroad), and product showcases.
  • Identify and execute meaningful brand collaborations to increase reach and brand affinity.

6. Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional team including digital, content, brand, and PR professionals.
  • Hire and manage agencies, freelancers, and consultants as needed.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and performance.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in both B2B and luxury B2C marketing (design, interiors, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in working with design-oriented or premium brands is a strong plus.
