Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Marketing Head to lead our brand, campaigns,

and digital performance. This is a leadership role ideal for someone ready to drive scale,

strengthen market presence, and build a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals

● Lead digital campaigns (SEO, paid ads, social media, email marketing) to generate leads

● Strengthen brand identity and manage internal and external communications

● Monitor and improve marketing KPIs, performance, and budgets

● Coordinate with sales, product, and leadership teams for cross-functional growth

● Develop partnerships, PR strategies, and community engagement plans

Requirements:

● Minimum 5 years of experience in leading marketing functions (preferably in edtech or

services)

● Strong digital marketing skills, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads,

analytics tools, etc.

● Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
