Role Overview:

As our Chief Marketing Officer(CMO), you will drive our marketing vision, shape strategic brand positioning, and scale growth through integrated marketing strategies. You will lead a talented team across digital, performance, branding, and content verticals—focusing on ROI-driven campaigns that speak to both students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

● Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to generate quality leads.

● Oversee brand positioning, digital presence, and content strategy.

● Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing with revenue goals.

● Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting KPIs and monitoring execution.

● Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

● Identify market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the EdTech space.

● Drive student engagement through webinars, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.

● Build PR and media relations to enhance brand awareness and credibility.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of proven leadership as a CMO or Marketing Head in the EdTech industry.

● Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and marketing analytics.

● Experience in study abroad or higher education marketing is highly preferred.

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
