Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Design and execute HR strategies that align with business goals of the OOH industry.
  • Partner with leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Develop and lead initiatives that promote a strong employer brand in the advertising space.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Build and oversee recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent in media, sales, creative, and operations roles.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent pipeline development across all business verticals.

Performance & Culture Management:

  • Implement performance management frameworks that encourage accountability, growth, and recognition.
  • Promote a culture that aligns with the creative and fast-paced nature of the OOH industry.
  • Manage succession planning and leadership development programs.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems including payroll, benefits, and attendance (e.g., biometric, field staff tracking).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and health & safety norms.
  • Manage vendor relationships for HR services and employee benefits.

Learning & Development:

  • Design and implement training programs specific to OOH industry functions such as media buying, sales pitches, client servicing, and campaign execution.
  • Foster a learning culture that supports upskilling and career development.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in media, advertising, marketing, or related industries preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead HR strategy and manage teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in India.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
