Job Description: As the Manager Sponsorship Sales, your role would require you to be responsible for sponsorship of conferences, awards and exhibitions in India. Role Description This is a full-time role as Sponsorship Sales Manager at ASAPP Info Global Services Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Sponsorship Sales Manager could be located outside Mumbai too. The candidate will be responsible for sponsorship sales, new business development, lead generation, sales activities, and account management. The role could be a hybrid working format. Job Description Accounts Payable Executive Company: ASAPP Info Global Group Location: Sewri Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Record Keeping: · Accurate entry of financial data related to cost centres. · Maintain proper records and ensure up-to-date filing of all necessary documents. TDS Management: · Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) timely payments and working. · File TDS returns as per government regulations. GST Management: · Ensure timely payment of GST and filing of monthly returns GSTR1 & GST 3-B. Statutory Compliance: · Handle PF (Provident Fund) & ESIC (Employees' State Insurance) payments. · Manage PT (Professional Tax) payments and filing of returns. · Assist in statutory audits and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Petty Cash & Utility Payments: · Oversee petty cash disbursements and manage utility payments for the organization. Vendor & Creditor Management: · Maintain creditor list and prepare cheques/online payments. · Handle vendor master data and credit card entries. Invoice & Sales Reporting: · Follow up on invoices and maintain sales reports and sales invoices. General Accounting Support : · Attend calls related to accounts payable inquiries. · Settle advance accounts and ensure timely closure of pending accounts. Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations. Hands-on experience with TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, and PT filings. Proficiency in financial software and data entry systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. Good communication skills for vendor follow-ups and handling inquiries.
