Location : On-site Vile Parle, Mumbai (Preferred candidates from Mumbai) Responsibilities and Duties: Quickly grasp the various media platforms offered by Proactive In and Out Advertising Pvt Ltd, identify customer needs, and clearly articulate our key differentiators to secure sales. Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-level executives. Develop concepts that align with client requirements. Be responsible for revenue generation and client servicing. Work collaboratively with other departments throughout the sales process, inspiring confidence in prospects. Exhibit a proven ability to aggressively identify opportunities and convert them into new business. Maintain accurate sales records, track sales activity, and report to top management. Selection Criteria: A professional with 8-12 years of media sales experience. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Preference for candidates with a background in advertising agencies or media. Strong knowledge of media and marketing. Proven experience in managing end-to-end sales deals. A graduate or MBA with at least 8 years of relevant work experience. Other Requirements: Ability to excel in a competitive sales environment. Results-driven and resilient professional, proactive in achieving sales goals. Passionate about ensuring customer success by selling the best-fit media buying solutions.
