Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Manager at myPartner, a strategic business unit of the MakeMyTrip Group, you will play a crucial role in building the MyPartner brand in the mapped market, ensuring maximum spread and depth. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding potential travel agents, ensuring platform adoption, resolving queries for the onboarded travel agents, and building business partnerships to gain wallet/market share. With innovation at the core of our operations, you will be driving growth and success for travel agent partners by delivering cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding and Relationship Management: - Connect and engage with travel agents. - Drive sustainable performance of the region through end-to-end account management. - Source and onboard new travel agents. - Provide expertise, metrics analysis, and recommendations to travel agents based on industry best practices. - Portfolio Management and Driving Growth: - Develop business plans to achieve revenue goals and maintain rate competitiveness. - Ensure inventory levels exceed demand throughout the market. - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Establish and maintain partner relationships, training travel agent partners on the product. - Build MIS and market intelligence reports, prepare sales plans, and achieve targets. - Negotiating: - Network, initiate deals, negotiate, and close deals with clients. - Strategize to market the MyPartner product effectively. Qualification Required: - Master's degree from a reputed institute. - 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales. - Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner preferred. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
