Senior Business Manager

As a dynamic Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Your role will involve driving qualified opportunities to closure by establishing strong relationships with decision-makers and effectively communicating the unique advantages of our solutions. Location: This position is based on-site in Vile Parle, Mumbai. Preferred candidates are those located in Mumbai. Responsibilities and Duties: - Quickly understand the various media platforms offered by Proactive In and Out Advertising Pvt Ltd, identify customer needs, and clearly articulate our key differentiators to secure sales. - Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to build relationships with high-level executives. - Develop concepts that align with client requirements and be responsible for revenue generation and client servicing. - Collaborate with other departments throughout the sales process and inspire confidence in prospects. - Aggressively identify opportunities and convert them into new business, maintaining accurate sales records, tracking sales activity, and reporting to top management. Selection Criteria: - You should have 8-12 years of media sales experience and possess excellent written and spoken communication skills. - Preference will be given to candidates with a background in advertising agencies or media, with strong knowledge of media and marketing. - Proven experience in managing end-to-end sales deals is required, and you should hold a graduate or MBA degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
