Head of Human Resources

We are currently looking to onboard a senior #HR leader for a critical leadership role in our client organization. Given the stage of growth of the company in—both in terms of headcount (Current- 400+) and business scale we are hiring for someone who can build HR systems and strategy from the ground up.

Here’s a quick snapshot of what we are seeking:

Position: HR Head / Strategic HR Lead

Experience: 15–20+ years (preferably with exposure to multi-business/ industry setups)

Location: Ahmedabad

Joining: Immediate to early availability preferred

Budget: up to 18-20 LPA

- Strategic HR for business growth

- Leading change management across the organization

- Process optimization and lean HR deployment

- Driving employee engagement across levels

- Cultural integration during M&A, digital transformation, or restructuring

- Hands-on and capable of building systems from scratch

- Strong in people management and cross-functional alignment

- Able to balance execution with long-term strategic thinking
