Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Head of Human Resources, located in Daman. The Head of Human Resources will oversee HR management, develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and manage employee relations. Daily tasks include strategic planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Extensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in talent acquisition and performance management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
