Job Description

Title : Process Engineer Experience : 5 to 12 years (Food Processing) Budget : Upto 14 Lacs Location : Vadodara, Gujrat Job Responsibility: • Expertise in process design and development for dairy, cheese, powder, beverages, ice cream, and prepared food industries etc. • Development of process solutions with complete design along with selection, specification and sourcing of process equipment and flow components • Skilled in mass and balance calculations, equipment sizing, pressure drop calculations, process time schedule, preparation of P&ID, process functional description, layout, line sizing etc. along with utility components selection for steam-condensate, water & air etc. • Technical discussions with customer to understand its requirements and or end-suppliers in different sizes of projects • Coordination with third party suppliers and vendors • Cost estimation and preparing sales quotations for pre-projects • Plant engineering and commissioning activities, performance validation and training • Proficient in AutoCAD, PLC, and SCADA systems for developing and testing functional logic • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills • Risk assessment for aseptic transfer line and filling machines Title : Process Engineer Experience : 5 to 12 years (someone from food Processing) Budget : Upto 14 Lacs Location : Vadodara, Gujrat Show more Show less
