Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Finance to lead our financial strategy, oversee budgeting and reporting, and help steer our company toward long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Business Unit Performance Review & Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly performance reviews of business unit, including in-depth variance analysis to monitor financial health and drive actionable insights. Cost Management & Contribution Analysis: Lead cost optimization initiatives and perform detailed contribution margin analysis to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Working Capital Management: Ensure effective management of working capital, optimizing cash flow, inventory turnover, and receivables/ Payables to support business sustainability. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax regulations and ensure adherence to statutory audit requirements, minimizing financial risk and exposure. Financial Reporting & Controls: Drive the preparation and consolidation of budgets, formulate and evaluate Balanced Scorecards (BSC), and manage the closure of internal and statutory audit observations. CAPEX Management: Evaluate capital expenditure proposals through rigorous pre-capitalization analysis and post-capitalization reviews to ensure investment effectiveness and ROI. Qualifications & Experience: CA Professional 8–10 Years experience in Managing Business Finance. Minimum 5-8 Years experience in Manufacturing Industry. Exposure in Oracle.
