Key Responsibilities: Banking & Audit Management: Handle bank-related matters and maintain financial compliance. Oversee statutory, tax, and internal audits. Compliance & Taxation: Ensure accurate statutory payments, including PF, Profession Tax, TDS , and filing TDS returns . Oversee GST returns, reconciliations, and GST Annual Return filing . Manage GST LUT Registration and address GST purchase and sales queries. Ensure compliance with Ind AS accounting standards . Handle Income Tax return filing, Form 3CD Tax Audit, TRACES portal, and foreign payments . Manage Income Tax, TDS, and GST assessments . Keep updated on the latest regulatory and technical updates affecting accounts and taxation. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Review Limited Review Results, Notes to Accounts, Cash Flow, Taxation, and Consolidated Accounts . Oversee MIS reports, variance analysis, budgeting, and trends . Handle gratuity actuarial valuation with consultants. Evaluate and monitor existing and prospective investments through Portfolio Managers. Operational Finance & Reconciliations: Ensure customer collections remain current (within 45 days) and resolve queries. Manage vendor payments and address any concerns. Supervise cash flow of receipts and payments . Oversee overseas financial reporting and reconciliations . Address financial queries and requests from different departments. Technical Expertise & Advisory: Stay updated on current tax computations, advance tax payments, deferred tax, and accounting standards . Ensure proper review of balance sheet (B/S) and profit & loss (P&L) items for accuracy and compliance.
