Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development & Roadmap Execution

    : Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, aligning roadmaps with business objectives. Ensure products meet industry standards for performance, safety, and quality through rigorous testing and validation processes. Capture the new product / process in IPR ( Intellectual Property Rights).

  2. Product Funnel Management & VOC Integration :

    Manage the product funnel by prioritizing opportunities based on market research and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.

  3. Lead Innovation R&D Initiatives :

    Drive R&D activities to foster innovation, ensuring product differentiation and technological competitiveness aligning the Technology Megatrends.

  4. Manage the Shared Services Functions

    (Innovation LABS / Testing LAB Areas / Prototype Areas )Basic Domain understanding (Software Tools & systems) for Design (CAD), Virtual Validation (CAE), Project Management.

  5. Cross-functional Team Leadership :

    Oversee engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electronic, and software components. Understand make buy decision, Basic financial acumen, supplier development process.


Educational qualifications

Min : BE or EquivalentPreferred : M.Tech or equivalent Experience in Electrical & Electronic Preferred; BE 15+ years M. Tech 12+ years
