Job Description

As the Head of IT Governance and Program Management, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading IT governance frameworks, managing IT risks, overseeing audits and regulatory compliance, and governing transformation programs to ensure alignment with business strategy and regulatory expectations. Your strong leadership in IT Governance, program management, IT policies oversight, vendor governance, budget management, and performance monitoring will be essential for the success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and manage IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes with continuous reviews and alignment with regulatory needs. - Develop and oversee the IT risk management framework, track, report, and mitigate IT risks across the enterprise. - Manage and close all internal and external IT audits while ensuring regulatory reporting obligations are met. - Govern IT transformation initiatives and major programs to ensure alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements. - Monitor, track, and report on all IT projects, programs, and key IT KPIs through performance dashboards and governance forums. - Prepare management reports for IT Steering Committee (ITSC), Information Strategy Committee (ISC), and senior leadership. - Oversee IT budget preparation, cost allocation, and ongoing financial tracking. - Govern IT outsourcing engagements, service contracts, and vendor performance to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. - Drive IT resource planning to support transformation programs, ongoing operations, and future business needs. - Handle IT procurement and collaborate with stakeholders across IT, risks, business units, compliance, information security, and external regulators. Required Skills & Experience: - 12-15 years of experience in IT Governance, Program management, or technology risk leadership roles. - Strong expertise in designing IT Governance, risks, and compliance frameworks. - Proven track record of overseeing large-scale IT transformation programs and complex portfolios. - Deep knowledge of IT outsourcing, contract governance, and vendor management. - Experienced in internal and external IT audits and regulatory reporting. - Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in IT budget and resource management. - In-depth knowledge of SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and IT ownership responsibilities. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership skills, and analytical skills. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines and Information Security and data privacy standards. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or equivalent. - Preferred certification in Project management like PMP, Agile, Prince2 etc. - Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation programs in financial services. - Well-versed in lending system landscape like Loan origination, Loan management, Collections, Customer service, ERP, Treasury, etc.,
