About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Reporting & Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights, enabling leaders to make informed decisions and drive performance. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design reporting frameworks, create interactive dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations that directly impact growth, efficiency, and strategy.This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, reporting, and storytelling—with the ability to simplify complex data into meaningful business narratives
In This Role, You Will
- Reporting & Dashboard Management:
- Build, automate, and maintain business reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to track KPIs and business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting outputs.
- Standardize reporting templates across regions and functions to enable scalability.
- Insights & Analysis:
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to business leaders.
- Perform forecasting, variance analysis, and trend reporting to support strategic planning.
- Process Improvement & Automation:
- Automate manual reporting processes using VBA, SQL, Power Query, or Python, reducing turnaround time and increasing accuracy.
- Partner with IT/Data teams to improve data pipelines and governance.
- Implement best practices for data visualization and storytelling.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align reporting with business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights that support decision-making and long-term strategy.
- Train business users on dashboard usage and self-service analytics.
Here's What You Need
What you will need for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, or insights-driven roles.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel (Pivot, VBA, Power Query).
- Skilled in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, data governance, and performance tracking.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills—able to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Python, R,) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS, Consulting, or Consumer industries.
- Knowledge of forecasting, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis.
- Exposure to CRM and ERP reporting systems (Salesforce, etc.).
