As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a GTM Engineer who brings strong operational rigour, technical depth, and strategic thinking to support complex, multi-market go-to-market initiatives.
Role Summary.
The GTM Engineer will play a critical role in architecting, executing, and scaling enterprise-level go-to-market infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, automation, and revenue operations, working closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and growth teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership of GTM systems, a deep understanding of B2B revenue motions, and the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
● Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade GTM frameworks across outbound, inbound, and account-based strategies for global markets
● Develop and maintain data-driven Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and market segmentation models aligned with revenue objectives
● Build scalable lead generation, enrichment, and routing workflows using platforms such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, SalesIntel, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
● Own outreach infrastructure and deliverability standards, including domain setup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox health, and governance best practices
● Execute and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns using Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, and related tools
● Integrate and manage GTM and CRM ecosystems across Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and related enterprise platforms
● Establish reporting frameworks to monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, attribution, and revenue performance across regions
● Leverage AI-driven automation (GPT-based workflows, Clay AI, custom logic) to improve scale, efficiency, and accuracy
● Ensure data integrity, compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regional policies), and proper documentation
● Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align GTM execution with business strategy
● Contribute to GTM playbooks, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
● 3–6+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Sales Operations
● Proven experience building and managing enterprise-level GTM systems and outbound infrastructure
● Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead lifecycle management, and pipeline mechanics
● Hands-on expertise with modern GTM, automation, and CRM platforms
● Advanced analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
● Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
● Preferred Qualifications
● Experience supporting B2B SaaS, consulting, or enterprise technology organizations
● Exposure to US, European, or Middle Eastern markets
● Demonstrated impact on pipeline generation, revenue growth, or GTM scalability
● Experience mentoring junior team members or leading GTM initiatives.
