We are looking for a highly accomplished Fractional Revenue Operations Executive to lead the transformation of our revenue processes. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep expertise in aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate business growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable GTM frameworks, implementing automation and analytics, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable outcomes within a short time frame.
Develop and implement full-funnel revenue operations frameworks that unify Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Drive sales and marketing alignment to maximize revenue efficiency.
Design scalable go-to-market processes to accelerate pipeline velocity.
Optimize lead-to-MQL conversions and sales cycle efficiency.
Implement and manage CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach).
Deploy AI-powered tools and marketing automation systems for operational excellence.
Lead demand generation initiatives to create sustainable pipeline growth.
Utilize predictive analytics, multi-touch attribution, and forecasting for decision-making.
Partner with C-Suite executives to define and execute revenue strategy.
Align cross-functional teams and manage change initiatives effectively.
