Role Overview

As a Growth Manager at Vidysea, you’ll be at the forefront of scaling user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll work cross-functionally across marketing, product, partnerships, and analytics to drive sustainable growth. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who loves building and experimenting to unlock new levels of performance.


Key Responsibilities

🚀 Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute growth strategies to boost platform usage, signups, and conversions
  • Own and optimize user acquisition funnels (organic + paid)
  • Analyze performance metrics and derive insights to improve CAC, LTV, and activation rates
  • Work closely with content, product, and tech teams to run A/B tests and growth experiments

🤝 Partnerships & Outreach

  • Identify and onboard strategic partners: schools, colleges, educational counselors, and influencers
  • Collaborate with institutions for co-branded initiatives and webinars
  • Develop campaigns that position Vidysea as a trusted student advisory tool

📊 Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor key growth KPIs across channels (SEO, performance marketing, email, referral)
  • Report weekly/monthly performance with actionable recommendations
  • Use tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Zoho Analytics, HubSpot, etc., to drive data-backed decisions

💬 User Engagement

  • Design and run engagement campaigns to onboard new users and nurture existing ones
  • Coordinate with the product team to build features that enhance virality, retention, and referrals
  • Support content strategies across blogs, webinars, social, and email to build community trust


Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or startup GTM roles
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics
  • Experience with paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic growth (SEO/SEM)
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer tech is a strong plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, resourceful, and performance-driven
