Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end implementation and customization of Zoho CRM, including module setup, workflow automation, custom functions, and integrations.
• Design and develop custom modules, fields, layouts, and dashboards to match organizational processes.
• Create and manage Deluge scripts, custom functions, APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp, lead forms).
• Automate business processes using Blueprints, Workflows, and Scheduled Actions.
• Integrate CRM with other Zoho apps (Zoho Creator, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Books) and third-party systems.
• Conduct requirement analysis with teams and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure data security, backup, and compliance within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Monitor CRM performance and optimize for scalability and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and integration techniques.
• Experience with Zoho One ecosystem and third-party application integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Preference:

• Certification in Zoho CRM or related Zoho applications.
• Knowledge of Zoho Creator or Zoho Analytics.
• Experience with CRM migration or multi-stage implementation projects.
