About Role
As the Group of Product, you will own the strategy, vision, and continuous development of the product. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and mentor high-impact product managers to ship products that directly impact millions of users every day
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business and customer goals.
- Drive both 0→1 product innovation and 1→10 scaling to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify market opportunities and design product strategies that generate long-term value.
Scaling & Platform Development
- Build and optimize systems to scale with increasing user traffic, geographies, and product lines.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on user impact, data insights, and business value.
- Ensure platform reliability, modularity, and extensibility as the product footprint expands.
Monetization & Business Impact
- Identify and execute monetization opportunities across product lines (e.g., paid features, ad models, premium tiers, cross-sell/upsell flows).
- Work closely with growth, finance, and business teams to design revenue-generating features and pricing strategies.
- Measure the business impact of product decisions and optimize for key revenue and profitability metrics.
Customer Experience
- Champion user needs through research, data, and direct feedback.
- Create intuitive, frictionless experiences that drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Own and optimize core user journeys and funnels.
Team Leadership
- Hire, mentor, and scale a team of product managers and product leads.
- Foster a culture of ownership, rapid iteration, and cross-functional collaboration
Key Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years leading product teams.
- Strong track record of delivering high-impact consumer-facing products at scale.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, and growth mechanics.
- Ability to blend data-driven thinking with user empathy and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in high-speed, high-volume environments (e.g., food delivery, e-commerce, mobility, fintech).
- Prior experience in consumer internet / marketplace platforms is good to have.
- Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, or demand-supply matching.
