Role & responsibilities

Job Profile

• Brand Management

  :
• Prepare brand plans for assigned brands by incorporating right communications, innovative strategies, campaigns & activities to create a brand image among targeted customers
• Ensure in-time delivery of inputs & execution of strategies to ensure prescription generation for brands.
• Prescriber Base: monitor non-prescriber, occasional prescribers & regular prescriber. Devise the communication and strategies to improve conversions. Follow up and build KOLs for brands.

• Therapy Management

  :

• Market Research

  : Analyze market data & competitors activities to design the knockouts to register brand growth & thereby improve market share, & brand rank in respective therapy.

• Launch of New Product

  : Prepare entire brand plan for new product launch. Execute and monitor the entire launch process to make new product a success for organization.

Assessment and Planning of Work

• Budget Preparation

  : Prepare country-wise print, gift & activity budget for entire financial year

• Review & Monitoring of Brand/s & Therapy

  : Weekly review and monitor brand and therapy activities with respective country managers.

• Field Work:

  Work in field in respective countries to understand the customer needs, competitor activities.

• Sales Analysis

  : Analyze sales performance on monthly basis for assigned Countries and Therapies.

• Sales team Support

  : Support & Work with country mangers to develop and execute the brand strategies & activities.
