Position Overview

Group Product Manager (GPM)

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

• B.Pharm with MBA (Marketing & Sales)

• Minimum

  4–5 years of experience in PMT

• At least 3 years of experience in Ophthalmic companies

  is mandatory

Compensation & Terms

Salary: Negotiable (commensurate with experience and expertise)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:

  Develop strategies, budgets, and promotional campaigns for all brands. Plan and oversee product launches and lifecycle management.

• Execution:

  Coordinate with field teams, PMT, management, suppliers, printers, artists, and other stakeholders. Ensure smooth execution of promotional and marketing initiatives.

• Monitoring & Evaluation:

  Track product performance, sales growth, and expense management. Conduct regular reviews and competitor analysis.

• Training & Development:

  Conduct induction and refresher training programs for field members on products and strategies. Ensure field readiness and continuous skill upgrades.

• Market Research:

  Undertake special market research assignments. Collect insights through fieldwork and feedback on own and competitor products. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate industry trends to guide strategy.
