JD for GPM :

Candidates from Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Pharma, Diagnostic, or Medical Device segments who have handled marketing roles with field collaboration exposure.

The candidate should demonstrate digital marketing understanding, sales alignment, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market intelligence, competition mapping, and consumer insights.
  • Design and execute impactful communication campaigns across conventional and digital channels.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities including positioning, messaging, and creative strategy.

Digital & Communication Initiatives

  • Create brand-specific social media and digital engagement programs.
  • Drive online education and awareness webinars for professional and consumer audiences.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance in communication across all media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams for effective digital visibility and engagement.

. Sales Team Collaboration

  • Partner with the sales force to drive brand performance and achieve business targets.
  • Design and deploy field communication tools, sales training, and performance trackers.
  • Monitor field inputs and productivity through an input tracking mechanism.
  • Conduct joint reviews with the sales team to identify market opportunities and strengthen execution.

  • Analyse monthly business performance, market dynamics, and campaign

effectiveness.

  • Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
  • Monitor marketing investments to ensure efficiency and ROI delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute.
  • 610 years of experience in Pharma / Healthcare / FMCG marketing.
  • Proven ability to integrate marketing with field execution.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing and consumer engagement trends.
