Group Product Manager

• The purpose of this role is to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of UPI payment products.
• The role entails driving innovation, market differentiation, and customer value, while ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company objectives.
• Ultimately, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of UPI payments, driving growth, and delivering exceptional experiences for users
• Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for UPI payments products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
• Drive product development from conception to launch, including defining features, prioritizing requirements, and overseeing implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation..
• Define and track key performance metrics, analyzing data to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify Al automation use cases and lead implementations of the same with technology
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, payment networks, regulators, and technology partners, to drive product adoption and compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to UPI payments, and incorporate insights into product strategy and development.

Experience & Portfolio

• Proven track record of success in product management, with at least 4 years of experience in payments or fintech, preferably with a focus on UPI.

Technical Skills & Efficiency

• Strong understanding of the UPI ecosystem, including regulations, technical standards, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
