Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Group Product Manager at Maypharm Lifesciences Private Limited located in Mumbai. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the launch, marketing and growth of healthcare products in India. We are predominantly present in Gynaecology and Paediatric segment. We are in the process of expanding pan India with strong presence in Western India at this time. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, defining marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, budgeting & planning, and managing product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to define product requirements and drive product development
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharmaceutical industry
• Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus
