Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our exciting new project from its inception. The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the overall strategic direction, establishing the franchise model, driving national expansion, ensuring operational excellence, and building a strong brand presence. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership & Vision: * Develop and articulate the long-term vision, mission, and strategic plan for the company, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and organizational capabilities. * Identify key growth drivers, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions. * Establish the company as a leader in the hair transplant industry in India. * Franchise Model Development & Execution: * Design, implement, and refine a comprehensive and attractive franchise model, including legal frameworks, operational manuals, marketing support, and revenue-sharing structures. * Drive the aggressive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of franchise partners across India. * Ensure consistency in brand standards, clinical protocols, and patient experience across all franchised clinics. * Business Development & Expansion: * Lead the nationwide expansion strategy, identifying key target cities and regions for clinic establishment. * Forge strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth and market penetration. * Oversee the entire lifecycle of new clinic launches, from site selection to operational readiness. * Operational Excellence & Performance: * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both company-owned and franchised clinics, ensuring high standards of clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. * Implement robust operational processes, systems, and technologies to optimize efficiency and scalability. * Oversee supply chain management, ensuring access to high-quality equipment and consumables. * Financial Management & Funding: * Develop and manage the overall budget, ensuring prudent financial management and profitability. * Secure necessary funding for expansion and operational needs. * Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. * Team Building & Leadership: * Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing executive team and organizational structure. * Foster a strong company culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, excellence, and patient-centricity. * Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to all levels of the organization. * Brand Building & Marketing: * Develop and execute a powerful brand strategy to establish the company as a trusted and recognized leader in hair transplantation. * Oversee national marketing and public relations initiatives to drive brand awareness and patient acquisition. * Ensure effective communication strategies with all stakeholders, including franchise partners, patients, and investors. * Regulatory Compliance & Governance: * Ensure full compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical guidelines across all operations. * Establish strong corporate governance practices. Qualifications: * Experience: * Minimum of 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5-7 years in a CEO or equivalent top leadership role. * Mandatory experience in scaling a business through a franchise model across multiple locations/regions, preferably in the healthcare, retail, or service sectors. * Proven track record of successfully launching new ventures or expanding businesses nationally. * Experience in the healthcare or medical aesthetics industry is highly preferred, especially with an understanding of clinical operations. * Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving significant revenue growth. * Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. * MBA or an advanced degree from a reputable institution is highly preferred. * Skills & Attributes: * Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Strong business acumen and financial literacy. * Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and results. * Deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics and consumer behavior. * High level of integrity and ethical conduct. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment. * Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
