Role Overview
The Digital Lead will oversee a multi-disciplinary digital team within the MSCOE, responsible for delivering world-class digital marketing execution across AEM website management, marketing automation (Eloqua), web & campaign analytics, SEO, paid media operations, and social media.This role partners closely with global and regional marketing teams, business stakeholders, and product owners to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality digital delivery aligned to enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Operations Leadership
- Lead and manage cross-functional digital large team of 70-80 team members including:
- AEM Website Management & Content Publishing
- Eloqua & Marketing Automation Execution
- Web & Campaign Analytics
- Social Media & Community Execution
- SEO & Paid Media Operations
- Ensure seamless coordination, prioritization, and delivery across all digital workstreams.
- Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact for global marketing, regional teams, and business leads for digital execution.
- Translate marketing strategies into operational digital plans.
- Drive proactive engagement, ensuring clarity on timelines, scope, and expected outcomes.
- Website & MarTech Excellence
- Oversee AEM governance, component usage, content quality, and publishing SLAs.
- Ensure Eloqua campaign builds, workflows, segmentation, and QA meet global standards.
- Partner with MarTech and product teams to optimize platform usage and introduce new capabilities.
- Paid, Owned, and Earned Media Execution
- Oversee day-to-day execution across SEO, SEM, social media publishing, and paid media trafficking.
- Ensure channel best practices, optimisation recommendations, and performance monitoring.
- Support campaign launches with cross-channel alignment.
- Analytics & Insights
- Lead web analytics and campaign reporting, ensuring accurate tagging, dashboarding, and interpretation.
- Drive insights to improve campaign effectiveness, user experience, and conversion outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards.
- Quality, Governance & Process Optimization
- Drive standard operating procedures, QA processes, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Implement best-practice workflows across channels and platforms.
- Monitor performance, throughput, and delivery excellence metrics.
- Team Management & Capability Building
- Manage a diverse digital team, providing coaching, upskilling, and performance management.
- Identify skill gaps, design learning paths, and build digital capability within the COE.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and shared success.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 16-20 years of experience in digital marketing operations or digital delivery roles.
- Deep expertise in at least two core areas: AEM website management, Eloqua/marketing automation, SEO, paid media, analytics, or social media.
- Experience managing multi-skilled digital teams in a global organization or COE setup.
- Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, web governance, tagging frameworks, and campaign execution.
- Proven track record of stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an execution mindset.
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Oracle Eloqua or similar MAP (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot)
- Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics
- Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks
- SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs
- Social publishing tools: Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or equivalent
- Experience with dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
