Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Define and implement the
group-wide people vision
, culture, and talent strategy. - Partner with the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all entities.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, payroll, HRMS, contracts, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Establish
group-level HR policies and governance frameworks
ensuring legal and regulatory adherence across geographies.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Drive leadership hiring, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs.
- Implement robust
PMS, competency frameworks, capability building, and leadership development programs

Culture & Organization Building
- Foster a
performance-driven, collaborative, and innovation-oriented culture
. - Champion employer branding and internal communications to position the group as an employer of choice.
Who You Are
- ✅ 12–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with
5+ years in a senior HR leadership role
(CHRO, VP-HR, or equivalent) - ✅ Proven track record in
multi-entity, multi-location HR leadership
- ✅ Expertise in
strategic HR, leadership hiring, HR operations, and change management
- ✅ Strong business acumen, people-first mindset, and ability to influence at board level
- 🎓 MBA in HR from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institution (mandatory)
