Experience 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sciences, technical sourcing, or other technical role required, ideally in the biotech industry with a BS degree, or 3 years of experience accepted with a master's level degree, or higher. 15 years of applicable leadership experience accepted in lieu of degree.
