JOB DESCRIPTION:

Snr BA/ PM Hybrid

This role requires hands-on experience across technology implementation, strong stakeholder communication, and Data Modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Enablement:

· Lead end-to-end Erwin implementation, including tool configuration, integration, and pilot deployments.

· Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Erwin model structures.

· Design and establish an Erwin Operating Model, covering governance, roles & responsibilities, workflows, and usage policies.

Training & Adoption:

· Develop and deliver customized training sessions for diverse user groups (business analysts, data architects etc.).

· Create user documentation, playbooks, and quick reference guides.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for tool-related questions, support, and best practices.

Stakeholder Management:

· Work closely with Erwin Data Modelling Product Manager, IT service Owner, data governance, architecture, and delivery teams to align modeling practices with enterprise standards.

· Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to ensure stakeholder buy-in and continuous improvement.

Tool Maintenance & Optimization:

· Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure model consistency and quality across users.

· Recommend enhancements to optimize Erwin tool configurations for performance and usability.

Required Qualifications:

· 12+ years of experience within technology application implementation

· Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and operationalizing technology products across large organizations.

· Experience building operating models, onboarding processes, and conducting training.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Familiarity with metadata management, data governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of data modelling concepts (ER, dimensional, canonical models).

· Prior experience migrating models from other tools (e.g., Visual Paradigm, Power Designer) to Erwin.

· Knowledge of integration with other data management tools (e.g., data dictionaries, data quality tools).

Soft Skills:

· Proactive and self-driven with a consultative mindset.

· Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities.

· Passion for data, tooling, and enabling enterprise-wide adoption.
