We at Coforge are hiring Technical Data Project Manager with the following skillset:

1. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver complex data and analytics initiatives.
2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data platforms, cloud technologies (Preferably AWS), and agile project management.
3. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making.
4. Lead end-to-end project management for data and analytics initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, data science, BI, and business stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with Product owners on feedback, improvement areas, delivery quality etc. and plan improvements Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
7. Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
8. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project governance and best practices. Track and report project progress, KPIs, and status to stakeholders and leadership. Identify and report project risks in advance and plan mitigations
9. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate vendor coordination and third-party integrations when required.
10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
11. 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in data and analytics projects. Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes (ETL tools like DBT, Matillon) , data lakes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Devops tools and processes Strong understanding of cloud databases like Snowflake Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
12. PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with tools like Snowflake, Matillion, Power BI, Databricks, Familiarity with data governance, data cataloging, and metadata management.
13. Exposure to AI/ML project delivery is a strong advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
