RARR Technologies is looking for Genesys Architect to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The Genesys Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, robust contact center solutions using the Genesys platform. They analyze business processes, customer service requirements, and technical constraints to develop architecture blueprints that optimize customer interactions across multiple channels such as voice, chat, email, and social media. The architect configures and customizes Genesys modules, integrates with CRM and backend systems, and ensures seamless data flow and system interoperability. They lead technical design sessions, oversee deployment strategies, and establish best practices for system performance, security, and disaster recovery. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards. They conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance on platform upgrades and new feature implementations. Continuous learning about emerging contact center technologies and advancements in cloud solutions is vital to maintain innovative and efficient architectures that enhance customer experience.
