As a Full Stack Solution Architect at Calfus, you will be responsible for architecting a stack according to client needs, considering attributes such as reliability, performance, scalability, security, and availability. You will develop, test, and deploy web applications using modern frameworks and technologies like React, Angular, Node.js, and Python. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders is key to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring best practices in performance and security are part of the role. Leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP to design and implement cloud-native solutions, along with documenting system architectures, designs, and processes will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 8-12 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a solution architect role. Strong knowledge of secure coding practices, industry standards, regulations, and proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud computing is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, collaboration skills, experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies are also essential.
