Proper documentation of all solutions, including design decisions, architectural frameworks, and implementation guidelines is crucial. Your responsibilities also include driving AWS Cloud implementation strategies, optimizing database architectures and query performance, overseeing DevOps integration, and providing mentorship to development teams. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python, strong expertise in architecting and designing solutions for complex projects, and a deep understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience in solution implementation, project execution, and enterprise-grade software solutions delivery is required.
