Website: www.marvellifestyle.com International: www.callistusblinds.com About the role The Head of Marketing & Branding will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence, drive digital growth, and support business expansion. This role is pivotal in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing marketing budgets, and achieving the company’s ambitious 10x growth vision by 2030 through innovative campaigns and targeted audience engagement, with lead generation as a key performance area driving business growth and market leadership. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee all digital marketing operations, including SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, social media strategy, content marketing, and data analytics to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Social Media Management: Spearhead social media initiatives, leveraging platform-specific strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and brand advocacy. Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop and execute high-performance lead generation campaigns leveraging digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data-driven strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into potential customers, driving sales opportunities and closures. BTL Marketing Execution: Develop and manage below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, including in-store promotions, showroom collaborations, POS materials, and dealer/channel partner support. Brand Development & Awareness: Formulate and execute comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen brand presence, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent brand essence across all channels. Creative Content & Design: Develop and execute visually compelling marketing assets, including promotional flyers, video content, product catalogues, and high-impact photography. Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand integrity, adhere to design best practices, and effectively engage target audiences through strategic storytelling and cohesive visual communication. Website Administration: Oversee website performance, including UX/UI optimization, content management, SEO enhancements, and integration of analytics tools for performance tracking. Event Planning & Management: Coordinate and execute monthly marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes. Target Audience Analytics: Utilize market research, customer data, and analytics tools to segment and target audiences effectively, tailoring marketing strategies for maximum impact. Budgeting & ROI Analysis: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, cost-effective strategies, and continuous monitoring of campaign ROI to maximize profitability and business growth. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation, performance, and achievement of business goals. Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision of achieving 10x growth by 2030, ensuring continuous adaptation to market trends and consumer needs. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 7+ years in Marketing and Branding roles within home décor, retail, lifestyle or media & advertising sectors. Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Analytics, social media tools, and marketing automation software. Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, team leadership, data-driven analytical decision-making, seamless execution of innovative integrated marketing campaigns, and strong cross-channel communication skills.
