General Manager - Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Drive sales for passenger/commercial vehicles through retail, institutional, and fleet channels.
• Build, lead, and mentor the sales team across multiple locations or dealerships.
• Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions to meet KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations for critical clients.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends, competition activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective vehicle allocation and stock rotation.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and management dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and OEM guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
• 10–15 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage dealer networks, B2C & B2B sales channels.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and sales analytics.
• Sound understanding of automobile industry dynamics and customer behavior.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
