CRM – Responsibility Areas Monitor and respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly. Coordinate with dealership teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems Analyze customer data to identify trends, issues, and improvement areas. Generate reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and service performance. Conduct follow-up calls post-service or vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction. Execute customer engagement programs Support the implementation of customer retention strategies and loyalty programs. Ensure all CRM activities are aligned with Tata Motors' customer-first philosophy. Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to deliver a unified experience. Provide CRM system training to dealership and front-line staff as needed. Track KPIs such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), complaint resolution TAT, and repeat customer rate. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines. Audit CRM processes periodically and recommend improvements.
