A candidate handling total sales strategy focused on big institutional buyers in the garment manufacturing sector, key qualifications and interview approach should include:
## Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in textiles, garments, or retail supply chains.
- Deep understanding of institutional buyer requirements such as large retail chains, brands, and bulk order negotiations.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor landscape.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, supply chain, and lead time management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Network in garment retail and institutional buyers is a strong plus.
